Living Room

Our living room provides comfortable seating and is equipped with a large flat screen smart TV with Netflix provided as well as Freeview Channels .

Kitchen/Dining

Our fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for your self catering stay. It opens up into a spacious dining area with a large table that comfortably seats ten people.

Once again, this room is equipped with a large flat screen Smart TV. 

A utility room off the kitchen houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, combi-microwave oven and small drinks fridge.

Patio Area

The dining area opens out into a bright southwest facing patio area ideal for bbq's or evening drinks.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 sleeps up to three people and consists of both a king size and single bed. 

Bedroom 2 sleeps two people and can be configured as either a superking or two singles depending on your requirements.  This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. 

Both these bedrooms have more than ample storage and bedside tables as well as Freeview/DVD TVs, hairdryers and desk fans for those warm evenings.

The first floor bathroom comprises a bath, shower cubicle, basin and WC.  High quality towels and bath mats are provided in each bathroom as well as individual towels for each guest.  Additional towels if needed are provided in the cupboard unit on the first floor landing.

Second floor

Bedroom 3 sleeps two and can be configured as either a superking or two singles depending on your requirements. 

Bedroom 4 sleeps up to three and consists of a king size and a single bed.

Again, both these bedrooms have more than ample storage and bedside tables as well as Freeview/DVD TVs, hairdryers and desk fans.

A second floor shower Room comprises a shower cubicle, basin and WC.
